Tracking Transactions and Documents
To track your transaction status, sign in and click Transaction Status. Go to the website, sign in with your user name and code. Select Transaction Status to track e-service transactions. To track documents, go to Online Transacting, select Customers, then Document Status. Sign in with your code to view status. To check tracking number, go to Customer Transactions under Customers.
Customer Code and CoR18.1
Use the same customer code on CoR18.1 that was used for name reservation approval. Otherwise file power of attorney with the application. CoR18.1 must be completed and signed. CoR14.1 is not required with CoR18.1.
Company Registration and Name Reservation
Company registration and name reservation take up to 10 working days after payment and documentation.
Business Rescue Practitioner License
To apply for a business rescue license, submit a resume with history and experience. Certified copies of qualifications are required.

- The business judgement rule is in the 2008 Companies Act.

- CIPROZA allows public access to CIPC’s registered company and director information, previously at CIPRO. Payfast facilitates payments.
- CIPC manages mandatory requirements for registered companies. Requirements depend on company size and type.
