I had some guys come to my door last week to sell some frozen steaks. A police officer told me it’s not legal for me to ride in the bed of a pickup truck in Michigan. I’m over 18 years old.

I’m hoping that I can sell the clones I have. However, my question is specifically about MI state and/or local laws. You have storefronts in Detroit selling just clones as well as folks selling thru Facebook and Instagram. So it must be legal!
Under Michigan state law, I can either sell you 12 plants at a time. Dispensaries sell clones from growers. A clone is an exact genetic copy of the plant from which it came. Clones can be purchased from licensed dispensaries.
