DHA Licensing Process
To get a DHA license: Create a Sheryan account. Get documents verified by approved agencies. Documents: Experience certificates, Registration certificate, Good standing certificate. DHA conducts licensing exams for each profession. Choose your exam date, time and test center.
Eligibility for DHA exam: Graduate from a recognised medical school, for non-UAE nationals – have at least 2 years clinical experience post-internship with 1 year in general practice. Presently working with minimum 2 years continuous experience.
Applying for Good Standing Certificate
To apply for a good standing certificate: Send an application to your council with registration and diploma certificates. Fee is Rs. 500. Takes 5 days after approval. Inform your facility to fast track.
Good Standing Certificate in UAE
To get a good standing certificate in UAE: Identify your licensing authority. Check eligibility criteria. Apply through the licensing authority’s online portal. Make the payment to get the certificate valid for 6 months. The certificate is required for various purposes. The process is online and takes around 2 weeks.
